These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of digital products sold by FiredUpSkills ("we," "us," "our") at firedupskills.com. By purchasing any product, you agree to these terms.
FiredUpSkills sells digital products including PDF guides, source code, prompt packs, and templates ("Products"). All Products are delivered electronically via Gumroad immediately upon purchase.
Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Product for your own personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, or share the Product files with others.
All sales are final. Due to the instant-download nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds. Once a Product is delivered, it cannot be returned.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase — a broken download link, a corrupted file, or missing content — email hello@firedupskills.com and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
If a Product materially fails to deliver what is described on its sales page, contact us and we will make it right at our discretion — through a corrected version, a replacement product, or a credit.
All course content, guides, code templates, and materials are the intellectual property of FiredUpSkills. You are granted a licence to use the code and templates in your own projects — including commercial projects — but you may not:
